So you are considering joining us … Are you?! In order for you to weigh it well in your mind, you should also consider our membership prerequisites:

ü You must be a Fine Artist that is, a Painter, or Printmaker, or Sculptor, or Architect.

ü You must sign the “Romantic Anonymous” Manifesto. (Keep in mind that your name will be publicized)

This is it! That’s all we ask of you! Besides, once you sign under our Manifesto your immortal soul will be ours in all Eternity!!! ... (Of course I’m only joking! ... But what if I’m not?).

Speaking seriously now, we don’t ask for any regular fees, participation in administrative councils or committees and the like. We haven’t developed similar organizational structures anyway. Although, for practical reasons, the “Romantic Anonymous” Fellowship does have a legal status as a “cultural, non-profit organization” and, in what regards the Greek Law, you will not be a member but a subscriber to the Fellowship’s “forum of friends and supporters”; the Fellowship in effect functions as a “tribe” using the facilities of immediate Democracy. Should we ever become that numerous that a more complex organizational structure becomes necessary, we can then work things out.

The procedure for joining us is quite simple: send us an e-mail at anonymous@stuckism-athens.org. The personal data we definitely need are name, surname and fine artistic specialization(s) (painter, sculptor etc.). We shall reply by e-mail or – in case you give us your phone number – by phone to fix a mutual interview appointment.

If you wish to skip the mutual interview, we’ll need you to send us some more data: Five samples of your work in jpg or gif format, or your site’s URL (in case you have put one up), your CV and full contact details (address and phone). Moreover, you will have to print the “Romantic Anonymous” Manifesto, write your name, surname and fine artistic specialization(s) bellow, sign it by hand, and snail-mail it to the address we’ll communicate to you by e-mail or telephone.
